Snake Pendant on 18K Gold Chain

This is a small snake covered in green stones or enamel and holding a small Diamond on one side and two ruby eyes on the other side.  This comes out of Austria and I put a beautiful chain on it.  The pendant alone weighs in at 5.43 grams and measures 2cm wide x 3cm long.
