Moretto Stickpin with Coral Head and Ruby Cabochon 9K

This Moretto Stickpin is stunning.  It has a Coral top and a Ruby inserted in his headdress.  Although this pin is only 9k gold  and Silver it is so nicely preserved.  There is little to no enamel wear.  Only one bit of enamel loss on the white band.  I was going to put this on a ring but decided to list it instead.  These are hard to find as most are so damaged.  This one is done in metal with enamel not wood and remains excellent.  The Coral is intact as is the Ruby.  Really nice as a lapel pin.  I love Blackamoors as they show Black People in high regard as most are detailed with jewels and gems.  Blackamoors were merchants in Venice Italy and were highly regarded thus the jewels and excellent workmanship.
