This enamel egg brings a huge smile to my face everytime I see it. This egg is enameled in a guilloche style, look closely, in a light lime green with a painted hen sitting in a basket with Four eggs. This piece is delightful. The colors are yellow, red, dark green and the woven basket is yellow and brown, with green foliage on the bottom. Humorous and delightful perfect for a teenager or someone who is young at heart. This measures 16.29mm x 12.02 mm and weights in at 2.88 grams. This piece comes out of the United Kingdom. I have only seen one other egg like this one but it was blue, needless to say this piece is rare.
